I would like to clarify if you recently attended an officially sanctioned Upwork event where a promo code was mentioned/shared? If so, could you please share more information about this online/offline event? 

If you are referring to the promo code field when upgrading your membership plan, please know that you can leave it blank and move forward with upgrading your membership.
