You will be able to determine if a job is a fixed-price or an hourly contract by checking under the job post title. Please see the screenshot below:
If you prefer to only see fixed-price contracts on search results, you can adjust your search filter to not include hourly contracts. Let us know if you need any assistance, we're here to help. Thanks!

The rate on your profile can only be hourly. But that doesn't stop you from listing a fixed-rate structure in in the body of your profile.
And on job postings, the client controls whether it's an hourly or fixed-price post, but even on hourly you can put a fixed-price quote in the cover letter. The client can send a fixed-price offer even if the original post was hourly.
