Hello, I have a doubt about being a freelancer and being an agency.
I am noticing on the website that my connections are discounted for each proposal that I send but in quantity relative to each project value, as a freelancer I will have few connections with this rule. I looked at the profile as an agency and it gives a lot more connections but I don't know if it's worth it yet. As an agency I have a limit of up to 400 connections but what are my initial obligations?

If I migrate to an agency account, can I register myself as a member and stay there indefinitely without additional costs?
I looked for this information in the forum but I didn't find an answer.

Another question, still migrating to the agency, can I hire the monthly plan for the agency only and divide the connections between the members or is this restricted to each member even without interfering with the agency connections, how does this work?

Another question, I as an agency, can I send proposals with an agency profile using the 400 connections I can have?

I think you are misunderstanding... You can't "migrate" to being an agency, you woud have to add an agency to your existing freelancer account. The agency plan would cost you $ 20 per month, and does not include ANY connects. You have to buy all connects you want to use. 400 is the maximum number of connects you can take across to the next month. It does not mean you get 400 connects for free.
