Hello,
I've recently secured two contracts: one as a freelancer and the other through my agency. Initially, I set up the agency just to explore its functionality, but unexpectedly, I received a contract for it, which I've been actively working on.
I've noticed that the payments for my work as a freelancer and through the agency are being separated in my billing transactions on my profile. My question is, when it comes time to withdraw my earnings, will I have the option to make a combined withdrawal? This way, I can avoid incurring an additional $0.99 fee when transferring funds from both my freelancer and agency profiles.
Thank you for your assistance.

Hi Asad,
Thank you for reaching out. The billing and payments for your freelancer and agency profiles are separate so there's no option to do a combined withdrawal transaction.

Ok Thanks. So do I get new contracts by default on my agency or is there a way for a job giver to select my freelancer profile instead of my agency? For new contracts?

Hi Asad,
You get to choose which profile you will use when you apply to jobs. If you get interviewed and hired, then the profile you used to apply for will be the one receiving the offer of a new contract.
If you applied using your freelancer profile and the client wants to offer you a contract, you can ask them to hire you using your agency profile instead if that's what you want. At that point, it will depend on what you and the client would agree to.

Ok,
One last question: why are the rates and amount not showing up for the work that I am doing after I activated the agency profile? https://screenpal.com/i/c0Q3hcVCL4f
