Freelancer is selling unauthorized intellectual property

I would like to be able to contact someone at Upwork about a freelancer who is selling unauthorized copies of code as part of Upwork services. I have the freelancer's name and screenshots documenting the abuse, but I cannot locate his profile in order to flag it. Can someone please reach out to me directly?
