I copied it from my membership settings and today is May 13 but it's not renewed yet. Also, I have cash in my balance but not sure what's the reason. please help me with this problem.

So I was wondering if I the buy the connects or wait for renewal?

Your current billing cycle ends on January 31, UTC. This means that your billing cycle will start on 1-February, UTC. If it doesn't get automatically credited to your account after 24-hours, you can come back here, and our team will assist you further.
