Freelancer's account is unavailable

Hello, 

I have company account RoboMade , and when the client need to hire me this msg appear to him 

"Freelancer's account is unavailable" 

I don't know what's the problem and i need your help to solve it ASAP.

yes he send to me in my freelancer account because he can't find my agency account  www.upwork.com/ag/robomade/ so he didn't apply through the agency account
