My friend's account got banned today. He is fairly new to Upwork. He finished his first job as a freelancer a few days ago. He was thrilled to start working finally and then suddenly today, he got banned. Because of the reason following.
-When he created his profile, he used one email and then, for some reason it seemed like he didn't register even if he did. Then we tried to create a profile using his different email and it worked.
Afterwards we tried to login with the previous email that didn't work and it actually openned a created profile that seemed to not have been created. He never logged into it again or has ever thought about it, even forgot about it.
Now, today. He got banned because he had two of his accounts on Upwork and thats against the rules, but he didnt know that and he has never used the other account, just that one.
So please, I beg someone from Upwork staff to look into this and contact him and get this sorted out.
