Friends account has some problem

Hi support one of my nice friend make upwork account and got approval from upwork and get 20 connects but due to some technical problems he can't submit proposals also by clicking on their profile link his profile not showing but if he log  in his own profile the profile shown to him. He is very upset kindly solve his problem.
