Full refund request from client after submitting work

Hello, this happened for the first time with me, after I submitted work for a 200 dollars job , the client ended the contract and put a full refund request.
I was shocked and I messaged him, I have spent 6 days for this work, let me know what you did not like in my writing, I will improve that, he is just saying , just do the refund, He did not discuss with me , and just wants the complete refund. When asked again, he told work is non original , I asked him, are you finding high plaigiarism in my work, sent him the grammarly report of 100 percent unique also, but he is not saying anything, just refund.
Upwork community, please guide what should I do in this case, should I raise a dispute or refund him the money.
My profile is going good, I was getting jobs, I don't want to ruin my profile for one wrong client, I can bear the money loss, what should I do, which is better for my profile
If I refund him, I guess , he already must have given a bad feedback,
And if I raise a dispute, will it put a bad name to my profile
Please help, I have 4 more days to decide , as the refund option is valid till then

You should do whatever you think is right in your situation. You know if you plagiarized. So go from there.

If you did the work, as agreed, don't agree to a refund.

I really wish Upwork would make public the number times each client has asked for refunds from their freelancers.
