Fully REFUND to client but the feedback STILL appears, how to remove it ?

Hello community,

I have been involved in a contract like this:

The project is proposed for $100. And I bid for $600.

Then I won the project, and start working. Then he said there's a mistake and he appologized for that.

And I accepted to received $100 only. I indeed worked all features he asked, and spent two days of hard working and doing a lot of gound work for him as well.

He then asked for more support to connect to his backend. I said that the scope of work is too far from what I bid and if I work for more, then I have to bill in hour base.

He want to end the contract, then everything is in good conversion.

Suddenly, he drop me a very bad review, something I never be able imagine before. I get back but he didn't response any more.

And I fully refunded to him. The total received is $0.

But the bad feedback is still there. How can I remove it ?

If I was that bad, I will accept that feedback. But it totally mistaken.

Thank you for your reading,

Thang Pham

It can take a day or two to disappear. Do bear in mind that the client's private feedback will affect your JSS anyway. The only part that a refund deletes is the public feedback.

Thank you so much for your reply, Petra.

I will wait two days to see whether the feedback will be removed or not.
