Fund's can't received

I have withdrawn my funds into my Payoneer account, on 22/10/2019 but still not received, the Payoneer support chat person said your Payoneer account can't link with upwork, they said you link another account. But I don't have another account. I ask that which one account tell me the email address, they can't tell me for security reason, they tell me to contact with Upwork support person and ask them. What should I do? help me otherwise refund my payment into my Upwork account I can withdraw it into my Pakistani local bank account.
