Hi, I recently completed a job and the contract has been ended. It says that they have paid on their end, but my funds still sit at nothing. I also tried to set up two payment mehtods and my name on the bank is different than on here, however It told me to manuelly change my name. Need Help.

When a client releases a milestone payment, it goes through a 5-day security period, and will show under the Pending tab of your Overview page (Reports > Overview). During the 5-day security period, it gives the system time to process and clear the payments. Please read this article for more information about Fixed-Price Protection.
You can update your name by going to Settings and using the edit button. If your name variation is not acceptable, our agent will advise you directly about mismatch on your documents and suggest editing your Upwork profile name to match your legal name.
