I succesfuly finished a contract on June 19th for $20. Until this day, that amount of money is not available in my account, and its not even being displayed on the ''Available'' section in reports, even when later contracts are displayed.
How may I get assistance on this issue?
If you are hired with a fixed-price contract, it is IMPOSSIBLE for the funds to "not arrive."
The funds associated with your fixed-price contract are ALWAYS DISPLAYED here:
Upwork -> Reports -> Overview
If the contract is still open, then just look there, and tell us where you see the money.
If the contract has already been closed, then you may have already withdrawn the funds. If you didn't refund the money, then the money will be in your bank/PayPal/Payoneer/etc. account.
When you go here:
Upwork -> Reports -> Lifetime Billings by Client
...how much money does it say you earned working for that client? It should say $20.00 if you actually had a contract, finished it, had payment released to you, and never refunded the money.
