Funds not received after withdrawal, can I withdraw again?

Hello,

I made a withdrawal Via M-pesa (method of payment on Upwork for Kenyan freelancers. Similar to PayPal) but I did not receive the money. That was 60 hours ago. I have an open ticket and the issue is being looked into currently. What I am wondering about is whether I can withdraw any funds before the missing money has been located. Or will it also get lost?
