Same here! No withdrawal confirmation e-mail and no transfer to PayPal!Funds still show as "Available" on Reports page!

Has anyone been able to contact and advise Upwork of the PayPal issue?
It would be helpful if they put a statement about it on their "Site Status".
I was not able to send a support request.

That was my question also, since this issue can be clasified as incident (from freelancer perspective). Question is whether this is incident for Upwork.
