Funds transfer

I am not able to transfer funds and I got a notification that we will be in contact in two working days and here i am still waiting kindly clear the air here please.

You should see a banner at the top of the page when you sign in to your account, please click on the Get Started button, and follow the instructions in order to lift the hold on your account.
