URGENT PLEASE HELP!!

Hello, I’m a freelancer Upwork. I’m currently having trouble verifying my account as my id has expired. I DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER FORM OF ID 

Is there someone I can talk directly to please?

 I was sent an email with a link but the page it took me to DOES NOT WORK!!
