Thanks for the response.

I have checked the  tax advisor directly and wanted few clarification.

Is it true, the Amount which is transfered by the upwork is it from US bank Transfer to the  India Bank Account.

If you are referring to transferring your earnings, it depends on the payment methods you select to withdraw your funds but yes, the funds are transferred from the U.S. bank to the payment method you select.
