GST and HST number

I have entered all the numbers i have, even called the tax office for my GST number. All the numbers I entered were rejected. Can anyone help me? What does the GST number look like? It is very urgent.

I beleive that my HST was solved, but i am still getting this message. Please fix:

Same here.  Valid business number always gets rejected.  No way to contact support, and selecting "feedback" creates a closed ticket.  Upwork support sucks.  Anyone have a suggestion for a competing service?

I may be because your name is written differently at Gvmt Canada and what you use in Upwork.  It has to be 100% identical (firts, middle, lastname)  I finally got that fixed in calling Service Canada.
