GST number kicked back by app

I am having a problem with adding my GST number.

I am entering a valid GST number and I get a "GST/HST Number could not be verified. Please remove and re-add your number to update". Over and over. 

How do I fix this??

Thank you for reaching out. It looks like the information you entered were insufficient. Could you please check that the information you entered matches what your supplier provided (business name, order of the name, GST/HST account number, transaction date)? Please let us know if the issue persists.
