Get Paid Local Bank Transfer as USD

Hello,

I am arranging my paid methods. I live in Turkey and I want to use local bank transfer but not to my TRY account. I have olsa USD account in same bank. Is it possible to get paid in USD account in my local bank directly without any exchange to TRY? If I write my USD account Iban, will I get money as USD without exchange? Or Is it must to use Upwork exchange rates?

If you use the Direct to Local Bank service, it will let you withdraw your earnings from Upwork directly to your bank account, in your local currency. For more information about that, you can check this article.
