Get Paid Not Working-Withdrawal was not received

I clicked on Get Paid to withdraw funds that I should have received into my checking account via Instant Pay. Upwork shows that I withdrew the funds but I did not receive anything into my account. I need help with this asap.

Same problem here, work is even refusing to tell me which payment processor was used.
