Get Paid Now button is disabled

Dear all, 

"Get Paid Now" button is disabled even i have register my bank account and pay 1 week before. 

please suggest a correct action.

Are you saying that you see something like:

That button is only green and available when you have funds to withdraw. If you do not have funds to withdraw, that button remains disabled. It automatically enables when you have earned something and have funds on your UpWork account.

If you have accepted an hourly contract, download the UpWork Team App and click on the "Start Working" option to log your hours.
