I have available funds in my accounts, and I'm not a US citezen, I need to withdrawal my money from my account; can I use my relative bank acount in Massachusetts ? or is it possible to withdrawal from Upwork to my bank account in Lebanon, Beirut ?

In the Forum we have seen reports of non-U.S. residents successfully setting up U.S. bank accounts using Wise.com

Yes, you can.

As long as YOU are a full named beneficiary on that account (using your legal name, the name you use on Upwork) you can withddraw funds to that relative's account.
