From my understanding for hourly projects, it is paid weekly. In my case and experience, it is always available every Wednesday (the get paid button), but today it is not. I hope there isn't any delay or issues. Or maybe it is still Tuesday in the US? Help!

Hi Rosaniline,
Your billing period for hourly contracts begins on Monday and ends on Sunday. Your funds are available 10 days later after the week you logged hours (Week 1). The money paid for your hourly contracts becomes available after the client's review period (Week 2), and once the security period is over (Week 3). You may learn more about the Weekly Billing Cycle by reading this help article.
I also checked your account, and on your Overview page (Reports > Overview), you will see that there are no available balance to be withdrawn on the "Available tab." Once the moneys in the "Pending tab" has passed the security period, these should all go to the "Available tab," and you should be able to withdraw this to your chosen payment method.

My get paid button is also greyed out and I cannot understand the reason, it was not like this in past, I was always able to see the payments page. Could you help me solving this issue please? Thanks,

Hi Alizera,
I checked and it looks like the submit proposal option is available. Could you please try using a different browser or after clearing your cache and cookies?
