Get a new job

Hi There,

This is a request you to advice me on getting a new job.

As you can see in my profile i have done few jobs in upwork too, but i was not available in last 4 months in upwork but i recently started fulltime working  in upwork with updated membership plan. Further i also verified my identity too.

I have applied more relevant jobs recently and i was not asked to interview even the proposal in a good cover letter format and hourly rate is the lowest.

Its highly appriciate if you can advice on this.
