See that left hand column in your screenshot? Where it says "pending"? As soon as Upwork have successfully charged the client's payment method, that changes to a date.
This means, that so far, Upwork's attempts to charge the client's payment method have failed.

Talk to the client. And be very careful with accepting bonuses as part of the payment for a job. That is not the purpose and there is no protection for a bonus.
