“Get paid now” button results in blank screen

Hey all!

I’m having an issue where my available payments are not able to be paid into my bank account. I work an hourly job, and haven’t had any issue in the past. Now, when I hit “get paid now,” it just results in a blank screen. Support is taking days between responses and I’m wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and what to do about it!

Yes, it happens on everything I’ve tried — including different computers and browsers.
