Is there a way that I can reverse the withdrawal action from upwork to payoneer because the balance was gone and the payment method enrolled is still on pending status. I want to cancel my transaction, because my payoneer account is not approved and my transaction is showing in pending. So I can withdraw the money once the payment method added gets approved?
