Get paid

Hello everyone! 3 weeks ago I got my first offer and completed the work. But client stopped to answering me and still I didn't get paid. After completing my first job he checked it for a week and send me the second work and I did it too. But after all he stopped to answering for my questions. What further actions can be taken!
