Getting Paid (Service Fee)

Hi,

I withdraw 450 USD from my upwork account and 30 USD deducted. So I should have 420 USD left. My bank in my country charge 10 USD, so I should have 410 USD when I receive the money. But now I receive 398.18 USD which means I am losing 21.82 USD in the process. I would like to know if there is any other hidden charges from Upwork apart from the 30 USD?

Hi Saw,

Upwork charges a $30 fee for each U.S. dollar wire transfer. Your bank may charge an exchange fee or currency spread in addition to or instead of the basic incoming international wire fee. If your bank uses an intermediary and/or correspondent bank, it may charge an additional fee. Please ask your bank about the possible (additional) fees. Thank you.
