Is this even legal? Is this a normal practice here? can someone enlighten me regarding this trend.. maybe this is a reason why there are tons of inactive freelancers in the pool, they get their account approve even if they dont have the skills and what not.. attached is a screenshot of a FB user who is asking for a charge for her help to get someone else's upwork get to be approved. please take a look at this..
I think Upwork must established a 1 IP 1 Account policy or something close to it..
