Hello.
My JSS is now at 97%, which allows me to create three consultations on my profile. However, I'm currently facing an error when trying to start the consultation creation. I'm working on resolving this issue and appreciate your understanding.

I'm sorry for the confusion. Please know that only Rising Talent, Top Rated, Top Rated Plus, and Expert Vetted talent are able to create consultations in any category. Once you become part of any of the programs I have mentioned above, you will be able to offer consultations through your account. You can read more about offering consultations in this help article. Kindly disregard the support ticket that was created for the same concern.

Thank you for your message. I tried but wasn’t able to replicate the issue you’re describing. Could you please try using a different browser or the incognito mode of your current browser? You may also try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. Also note that we only officially support the latest two versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari.

Just to clarify: I recently started getting the prompt on my profile to create consultations, as below:
and I get the same error as Abida when I try to do so. I am not yet in the categories you mentioned, I just recently got my JSS. I believe the prompt to create consultations may be displayed in error, and removing it can help avoid confusion.
