I Have been getting lots. Of jobs where they want to do the interview through telegram etc. is this normal or is this likely a scam?

Hi Summer,
Yes, jobs that ask you to communicate via Telegram and WhatsApp are usually scams. It's actually a violation of the Upwork Terms of Service to communicate outside Upwork's available communication channels before you have a contract in place. Once you've got a contract, you can communicate in whatever way you choose.
This is a good article. It explains some important considerations when working on the Upwork platform, such as the fact that clients aren't vetted in any way before they're allowed to post, so you have to carefully check jobs and clients.

Another important thing to read is the Terms of Use. This tells you what freelancers can and can't do on Upwork. You can find them in the Upwork Legal pages if you click on the Terms of Service link at the bottom of the page. It's good to read all of the legal information, but the Terms of Service are a good place to start.

So, your "photo" is about training fees. Are you a regular bot or a sales bot?
Yes, there are problems, starting with your profile. The problems you have here are of your own making. If you are a person, and if you are here to do more than sell some product you have for your photo, go to the Academy before you lose everything. Of course, if you are the scammer, the advice does not apply.
