Getting paid in Uruguay

I'm thinking about moving to Uruguay from Guatemala. I have read that bank deposits are not an option in Uruguay, so I'd like to know if anyone else is freelancing from there, and how do you get your payments?

Payoneer + PREX card. The PREX Card is linked with Payoneer, so you just transfer.Payoneer takes 2%, don´t remember if there is another commission (PREX). Anyway as far as I know transfering feom PayPal to Bank, or other options involve more commissions. Any info is well received!
