Getting paid on Upwork

Has any fellow Sri lankan used the "Direct to Local Bank (LKR)" method to withdraw money from Upwork? How long does it take? Is it better than the Payoneer method?

They charge a nominal 0.99 $ for this.

But you will be killed by the rate, comapred to market rates. Nothing comes free in this world.
