Getting paid problem

hello ,

I have problem , i cant get paid via paypal,  i click the button "get paid now" , they reject my request, and it shows me that payment mthod failed , paypal i verified .
Can someone help me ?

Did you click the "re-enable" link to see what they want from you?

nothing, i try again , it show me the same , they reject my request again

Paypal doesn't provide service to some countries.For ex.if you live in Turkey, you need to update your payment method
