Getting paid to a business account in another country

Hi everyone,

I am a resident of Indonesia, and I have a business registered in Singapore. Is it possible to be paid on my Singapore business account and, if so, should my tax information be related to my business in Singapore (therefore the tax residency would be in Singapore), or should they be related to my own status (therefore the tax residency would be in Indonesia)?
Thank you very much for your help,

Kind regards,

Amine

Hi Mykola,

Thanks a lot for your reply. If my tax residence is Indonesia, can the taxpayer identification be related to my business in Singapore (I would put "Corporation" for "Federal Tax Classification" and "Singapore" for "Country of Incorporation)? And if so, does that mean that my earnings will be subject to the Singapore Corporate tax (and not the Indonesian Individual Tax), as it will be earned by my company, and not myself?

Thanks a lot for your help,

Kind regards,

Amine
