Getting paid

Hello,

Here's the problem, I got paid by client, but when I go to my "Get paid" page, it says balance is $0.

Why???

Note: I didn't set up payment method yet, is that because of it? Or I need to wait to get paid?

Hi Jasmin, 

If you go to the Reports tab, you will see that your client's payment is still Pending. This represents the standard security hold period in which funds cannot be withdrawn. Your contract was fixed priced and it has a 5-day security period from the time payment is made to funds availability.

You will also need to setup your payment method to be able to withdraw your earnings from your Upwork account. Check this article to know the different payment method options available on the platform.
