Getting paid.

My name is Priyanka Pursani (before marriage name)in PAN card and in bank it is Priyanka Israni (after marriage name). So i am not able to get pay tranfer to my bank account. So does it will work if I provide marriage certificate?

Hello,
I received the email for uploading marriage certificate on the link. But I am not able to upload marriage certificate as it asks for 6 months new document. But my marriage certificate is issued to me 6 years ago. How to solve this problem?
