Getting payment

I get the payment 21th of August, but now I can't withdraw money, because there are 0 on my account and I didn't receive the payment on my paypal account. How can I get my payment? I think it couldn't just disappear. Thanks for help

Upwork -> Reports -> Overview

If money has already been withdrawn, look here:

Upwork -> Reports -> Transaction HIstory

Hi Oksana,

You were not hired for this job and shouldn't provide any work until a contract is created under your My Jobs tab. I checked and saw that the Client sends you an offer that you never accepted and it expired. Please check your messages to see this offer and communicate with the client. Also, please check this thread Getting Started on Upwork and learn more about Upwork and note that all payments need to be made on Upwork.
