Getting "Something Went Wrong" Message when adding number to profile

Hi,

 

I am trying to complete the last step to finish setting up my profile.  When I enter my phone number to get the code text to me, I keep getting " Something Went Wrong, please try again later."  I can't move past this step.  Is there something that I am missing?

Have you tried clearing your browser's cookies?

I'd also like to note that freelancers will need to use their legal name on their Upwork profile to comply with our policies. You may check this article for more information on changing your profile name.

I am also experiencing this same problem. i have cleared my browsers cache/ verified cookies are enabled tried 3 different browsers and i keep getting the same error. If i could get some assistance that would be awesome
