Getting suspicious about my connects

Hi,

I upgrade my profile and got 77 connect not 80(it's been going on every time I pay my membership fee payment). Today I found out that secretly my 2 connect has gone, I send a proposal for only 2 jobs that ask for 2 and 6 connects so I got the first 77 and now I have available 67 connect which should be 69 (77-2-6=69), What is going on? I didn't get jobs for the last two months and this is happening from the Upwork platform secretly taking my connect. Can someone look into my profile from the support team?
