Getting this message, "Sorry, we were unable to save your attachment." when I try to upload clips

Getting this message, "Sorry, we were unable to save your attachment." when I try to upload clips to a job application.

 

It was working fine 6 hours ago.

 

Any ideas?

I checked but couldn't replicate the issue you are experiencing. Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser to see if that resolves the issue? If not, please let us know so that we can assist you further.

I am also facing the same problem. I cleared my cache and cookies but it wasn't solved.

Can you please clarify where are you seeing this error? Is it also showing as Perry described it? If so, can you try using a different browser and see if it persists?
