Getting zero views on Upwork profile

I have an Upwork profile from more than 2 years. I mainly started working on it an year ago and now after a lot of hard work i got TOP RATED badge on Upwork few months ago. I was expecting improvements in invitations, visibility and getting hired. But it's not happening. I am only getting orders from my returining buyers. I'm not getting any views or invitation to be accepted by new clients. I followed SEO, hoping that it might work but not. Same case for Turning ON availibility badge. But it didn't worked even. Just eated my CONNECTS. Profile Completeness: 100%. 

So, i would like to ask how can i improve my profile ranking, views and chances to get hired. (Open to suggestions other than sending proposals)

Follow.. I've the same problem here. I 'm on Upwork since the beginning, some months I have a lot of work requests, some months zero, I don't know if it's random or not.
