Github/LinkedIn Profile link in proposal

Can we put LinkedIn/GitHub or personal website link in a proposal to pitch client by showing skill set and projects like public repositories on GitHub? or by show linkedIn professional profile for past professional job experiences.

I just want to know upwork allow this or restrict these things?

We understand sharing a portfolio is a very popular way for clients to learn about freelancers, and for freelancers to showcase their skills. A web-based profile on another site, such as GitHub, is still okay to share in your proposal as a portfolio. Just remember to keep all pre-contract communications on Upwork.
