Hi,
My first feedback from a client isn't what I expected - it hasn't posted yet and I would like to refund the money to remove the feedback. (I took out an advertisement to my profile in a magazine and so I don't want the feedback on my page. I know about the feedback because they send me an e-mail.)
I don't have a balance to cover the refund. Can I upload a balance to Upwork? Or do I have to wait until I earn enough?
I didn't have a great experience with the client so I am eager to refund the money, take it as a learning experience and move on.
