Give me suggestion to get an order

I created my account in June 2020 and I have 3 individual skill profiles and 1 project in my account. I added my portfolios of my previous work on my local client work. Till now I bid 20 job requests with a proper reply but still, I don’t get any reply or order from the expected client. I got 4 invitations to submit proposal and I post submit as soon as possible but the result is the same. Please can you give me any solution or suggestion?
