Going down hill, question about a problem

Man, this place has been going downhill, fast. For the past 2 weeks, I have been having huge issues with this website. I'm a long-time freelance who has made decent money here. I have been able to work two of my existing contracts, but I have literally not seen a new job in awhile. I've fooled around with cookies and stuff, but it doesn't seem to help. I never seem to be seeing new jobs, first of all. Secondly, when I click on the side tabs along the left side of the site to find jobs in my specialties, it says I have to sign up. What the heck is going on here? Is anyone else having this problem?
